Deskripsi pekerjaan
- With the supervision of (Associate) Buyer, initiate and deploy a sourcing for tactical activities include capex for $x of limitation across BUs.
- Ensure validity and on time administrative processes (preparing bidding tabulation, create PO, send PO to supplier and ect)
- Manage designated supplier relationships
- Follow-up and assure completion of action items and gap closure.
- Follow-up and ensure the completion of sites enquiry as per SLAs.
- Follow-up on delivery and custom is required (coordinated closely with logistic team).
- Optimized systems, PI, KPI
- Ensure supplier commitment as per contracts and POs.
- Ensure the compliance with SOP especially tax, special permit, government regulation, GP, FCPA and etc.
Persyaratan
- Good communication skill
- 3 year degree in business, engineering, supply chain, procurement, or related degree program
- Min 2 years business experience, with minimum of 1 years of relevant experience to the position.
- Mechanical education background
- Building construction education background
- Chemical/packaging background
